Everblossom by Larissa Hinton

Goodreads Summary:
An anthology that will quench your thirst for more than the ordinary.

Everblossom is a journey through poems and short stories that may seem ordinary on the surface but dig a little deeper and the world not only shifts. It changes.

From the author who brought you Iwishacana/Acanawishi, she now brings you a dash of everything from dark fantasy to the paranormal to even romance. So prepare yourself to delve into the three stages of the flower from bud to blossom then back to seed, you'll go through them all with a whole new perspective on what it all truly means.

My Review:

Everblossom is a collection of short stories and poetry. They span the career of the author from her very 1st poem to her more current works.

I'm not very knowledgeable about poetry. I enjoyed reading her poetry and I thought that the WSV poems were pretty cool.

I enjoyed reading the short stories but there just wasn't enough detail in them. I needed more world building to understand what was going on in the stories. I think the short stories seemed almost like chapters in a larger book. I got to read the chapter but because I had not read what came before I had a hard time understanding.
