My name is Laura. I'm 40 something and live in the beautiful White Mountains. I've been married to Matthew for 22 years. We have 2 children, Linda and Tyler.
Due to health issues (ALS) I am a retired nurse. I'm also a former knitter and crocheter.
My love of reading started when I was 8 years old. I had discovered the Laura Ingalls Wilder books and fell in love with them. I've been an avid reader ever since. I love losing myself in a book and discovering new places and worlds.
I love reading a variety of genres. I love both YA and adults books. I love reading contemporary, romance, urban fantasy, paranormal, mystery and whatever else catches my eye.
Currently I am reviewing books that I have bought, borrowed from my daughter, or that are available for free on Barnes & Noble. Hopefully some day I'll be able to get some ARC's.
Due to my physical limitations I prefer to read books on my Nook or my daughter's Kindle.
